CHEST TOUR
Measure around your chest while standing and breathing normally. The tape measure should be passed around the chest at the level of the shoulder blades, under the armpits
THE LENGTH OF THE ARMS
Measure the distance from the outside of your shoulder to the standing wrist when the arm is extended.
HIP CIRCUMFERENCE
Circumferences of the hips. To measure your hip standing, pass the tape measure around the part that protrudes the most at the level of the buttocks.
INNER LEG LENGTH
It is the distance between the lowest part of the trunk and the soles of the feet. Measured while standing with feet slightly apart and body weight evenly distributed over both legs.
